Cassandra's Dreams

Nuovo film di Woody Allen. Un dark thriller freddo e distaccato: ma non sempre è un male.
Allen continua a fare film come regista dipingendo da fuori scorci di vite solo in apparenza normali.
Il titolo originale è terribimente azzeccato, come al solito in Italia si deve cambiare il titolo e
banalizzare tutto quanto.
La trama vede coinvolti in un gioco di delitti e dolori due fratelli molto uniti interpretati dai
bravissimi Ewan McGregor e Colin Farrell. Il film vola fino al finale quasi telefonato, ma
questa telefonata non stona perchè la struttura intera del film è una tragedia perfetta.
Allen dipinge una Londra incantevole e vera. Farrell è veramente il più grande in scena e mette in secondo piano
la splendida recitazione di McGregor.
Le musiche sono di Philip Glass: divine.
